heres my mobo http://www.intel.com/products/motherboard/d915gag/
heres my cpu 3.0 GHz 800mhz FSB with HT
heres my ram 512mb 333mhz (i will be purchasing 2x 1 Gb 400 MHz ram)
i need a video card (u see i will be upgrading slowly to my pc so i need a video card that i will be able to use WHILE upgrading my pc

NO ATI PLZ!!

At bare minimum, at Geforce 7600GT if you intend to game. From there, the sky's the limit.

That mobo is going to underclock those 2 gigs of RAM at 333MHz mate. ASUS and Intel boards are very bad about underclocking amounts of memory that Exceed 1.5 gigs. Dunno why though.

*sigh* No comment on the no ATi part.

If you check the reviews at www.xdnet.com on video cards you will see ATI pretty much out performs Nvidia in benchmark tests. Better cards more bank for your buck. Might wanna rethink that one. I work on gaming computers and anyone who plays GW I tell them always go with ATI.
